Description & Rates

Our Independent Villa has two bedrooms with double bed
and dressing room.
The living room opens onto a covered terrace furnished with a table
for meals facing the sea.
The terrace is extended by a small garden surrounded by olive trees
Barbecue facilities are also available.

The houses are all equipped with free wifi.
Please note that one of the bedrooms has a blind window.

Some useful information:

- Size of the beds: 140cm.
- The toilets are in a room independent of the bathroom.

Please note that...

​

- A supplement is counted for a 5th person:

100 € on a weekly rate and 15 € on a daily rate.

- During the high season the minimum stay is for 7 nights.

(from mid-July to mid-September)

- During the low season the minimum stay is for 3 nights.

- Linen rental: € 12 /bed for sheets and € 4 /person for towels.

- A baker comes every morning in the residence to deliver bread and pastries.

- If necessary, we can print your return tickets and other supporting documents.
